15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

a. The Soul Has Bodily Shape And Bodily Functions

Luke 16:23-24 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

b. Heaven: Absent From The Body, Present From The Lord
2 Corinthians 5:6-8 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

* Eg Ice cube tray.
* Fill up water in the tray - ice becomes part of the tray
* Break up the ice from the tray but leave the ice in the tray - ice is no longer part of the tray - it is cut off but still in the tray
* God judges our soul for the sins done in our body
* If a save person sins with his body, it doesnt affect his soul
* The soul is not corrupted with sin no matter how many times we sin in our body => Once Saved Always Saved

24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
* After salvation, the real us (the soul) is trying to follow the spirit
* The spirit is known to be the "new man" or the "new nature"
* And the real us (the soul) is trying not to follow the "old man" or the "old nature"
Eg. I will do what God says and read my bible, not fall into laziness
Soul = I
Spirit = will do what God says and read my bible
Body = not fall into laziness
