SECTION 3: DIVISIONS OF TESTAMENTS

1. Why Are There Testaments In The Bible?
Hebrews 9:15-19 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
17 For testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
18 Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.

2. How Did The New Testament Start?

* Jesus died, thus it started the new testament

* There is an author above all these people guiding them


2. Its Written Of A Variety Of Time Periods
* It covered 16 various centuries to be written
* Such as Sumerian era, Babylonian era, the Egyptian era, Persian era and the Roman reigns
* The 1st writer died 1450 years before the last writer was even born
* It all harmonizes and there is no contradictions and gives us a teaching that the goal just matches from the beginning to the end


3. It Was Written In A Variety Of Languages
* It has been translated in more than 1000 languages and dialects
* Some languages include the Masoretic Hebrew, the Greek Receptus, the Old Latin Vulgate, Syriac Peshita, The Luther German, the Italian Bio Datty, French Olivetan, Spanish Valera and Korean King James etc
