SECTION 1: HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD

SECTION 2: VERSES TO PROVE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD
1. Lying To The Holy Spirit Is Lying To God
Acts 5:3, 4 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
* Noticed verse 3: "why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost"
* Noticed verse 4: "thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God."
=> So, by comparing these verses shows that Holy Spirit is God
2. Now The Lord Is That Spirit
2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
=> This verse shows that Holy Spirit is God
3. About Warning Paul That He Will Be Bound In Jerusalem
a. This Passage Shows That It Is The Holy Spirit That Is Warning Paul That He Will Be Bound In Jerusalem
Acts 21:10-15 And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.
11 And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
12 And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.
13 Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
14 And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done.
15 And after those days we took up our carriages, and went up to Jerusalem.
* This passage is about the Holy Spirit sending a prophet to warn Paul not go to Jerusalem because he will be bound but Paul ignored and went to Jerusalem.

* This verse shows that the Holy Spirit is the one that is warning Paul

4. About Being Tempted, Not Knowing God’s Ways
a. This Is Quoted From Psalms 95:7-11 But Here It Is Refering To The Holy Spirit
Hebrews 3:7-12 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
11 So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

SECTION 6: THE HOLY SPIRIT IS A SIGN OF DEFINITE OFFICE
